Services Provided
TrueFit University Place Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and related concrete work. All services are provided based on individual project agreements and estimates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty details will be provided in your project agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Liability Limitations
We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, existing damage to property, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), ensuring access to the work site, and removing any obstacles that may interfere with our work. You must also ensure that all underground utilities are properly marked before we begin work.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for materials purchased and work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
